Charles Howell, owner of
Howell Home Enhancements, began in the construction business in 1981 as supervisor of construction for Boyette Builders. From 1981 to 1989 he helped Boyette Builders grow to one the largest residential construction companies in Leon County with several years of building over 100 houses. With complete control of all aspects of new construction Charles acquired the total knowledge of the building process.
In 1990 Charles went out on his own by starting a new company after the owner of Boyette Builders closed the company. He created Value Plus Homes where he continued to build high quality homes in the Tallahassee area with great success. This continued until 1993 when he decided to take his company in a little different direction.
In 1993 he began the company that he still runs today. Howell Enterprises has been a part of the Tallahassee community for the past 13 years by helping homeowners and business ownners improve all aspects of their home and commercial properties.
